No.11 RCACC will be conducting an expedition weekend at Algonquin Park, 18 May – 21 May 2018.
Cadets are required to be dropped off at the Supply Office at
- Drop Off: 7:00 pm on Friday, 18 May 2018
- Pick up: 6:30 pm on Monday, 21 May 2018.
This permission form is for your son/daughter/ward to participate in this weekend’s activities of canoeing and hiking. Please be advised that neither the Corps or the Department of National Defence will be responsible for lost, damage, or theft of any personal items brought to any training weekend (i.e., MP3 players IPODS, Cell phones, DVD players). A kit list has been provided to assist in packing for the weekend and we ask that cadets pack the items which are listed. The unit adheres to a zero tolerance policy in regards to smoking, alcohol and drugs.
Your son/daughter/ward will be required to have their Health Card in their possession when being dropped off so that we have it in the event of an emergency. Please also provide us with the name and phone number of an emergency contact in the event that you cannot be reached.
This form must be returned to the unit no later than 8 May 2018, in order to go on the weekend. Cadetswill not be allowed to attend this training weekend without returning this form.
